Marco Gabriele Gay

Marco Gabriele Gay is the Executive President of the Digital Magics Group, President of the regional representation of Confindustria Piemonte, and President of Anitec-Assinform. As Vice President of Confindustria Digitale, he is dedicated to the digitalization of the Country, the development of infrastructures and policies aimed at promoting investments. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer at companies specializing in Digital Health, advertising and Healthtech. As Member of the scientific committee of Leadersel Innotech ESG, he is devoted to ensure that equity programs dedicated to technological innovation.

In 2016 he joined the board of directors of Talent Garden, the largest European player of digital education and the largest community in the innovation ecosystem.

In 2021, Gay joined the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University initiative: CEO Connect – Your Executive Mentor, a mentoring program created with the aim of offering students a training and growth path thanks to the support and guidance of leaders from different national and international market sectors.

Born in Turin in 1976, he is married and has three children. Family is one of the prominent values of his life and is a strong part of his personal and professional motivations. His roots come from an entrepreneurial and industrial family which values and ethics, formed his character and his vision of life, and has enriched and strengthened him with the experiences he has had the good fortune to have.
