Eng. Abdulraheem AlTowaijri is a high-impact executive and transformation leader with over 30 years of experience driving giga-scale development and industrial strategy across Saudi Arabia. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from King Saudi University, he operates at the intersection of infrastructure, real estate, and economic diversification, leading major development platforms and translating national vision into actionable strategies. His career includes pivotal leadership roles as CEO of Al Maqar Development Company and CEO of Mizat Development Company, alongside significant contributions to Saudi Aramco and the Saudi Strategic Storage Program. Currently, AlTowaijri serves as Program Manager at MODON for the Fourth Industrial City in Riyadh, where he spearheads the development of advanced industrial ecosystems and technology localization. He remains a key figure in national and international economic platforms, including the Joint Italian-Arab Chamber of Commerce (JIACC), the Saudi–Italian Business Council, and the National Committee for Energy & Petrochemicals. By bridging government mandates with private sector execution, he continues to advance foreign direct investment.
